These projects are two academic performances carried out during the degree of industrial engineering in ULACIT. I hope these projects are of interest to the readers.
In this project, it will be observed that the SMED tool can not only be used for changes in machines, but also in reducing change of shift in a productive process, focusing mainly on making as many external elements as possible (elements that can be completed while the equipment is running), and simplify and rationalize all elements. This ensures that the preparation for change is simpler, safer, more reliable and substantially increases production and profitability.
To carry out a study of the assembly process RMP588C-1 (plastic part) in the company Panduit Ltda, in order to associate with nonconformities of the product, due to the properties of the polymers that are the basis of the productive process. We managed to define the root cause of the problem and found the solution to the defect, which helped us to maintain trust with the client.
We managed to design a water chlorinator similar to the insdustrial, in addition with an automation of alert for the supply of chlorine every time it is finished, besides, to automate the process of registration of fulfillment of the chlorine in the water, this to fulfill with the range of Chlorination required for process water in the food industry in accordance with the sanitary authorities regulations and also to minimize the purchase investment in an industrial system.
